Welcome to St. Mark’s Sisterhood.

Now, more than ever, there is a need for women to encourage one another as sisters. Our sisterhood exists to equip, encourage, and educate Christian women to live like the holy women of old.

All female members of the congregation are members of the sisterhood. We are all Christian sisters serving in similar but varying vocations. The Lord has called us all to an imperishable beauty in Christ, and so our sisterhood strives to help us embody true femininity, which Scripture describes as “the imperishable beauty of a meek and quiet spirit, which in God’s sight is very precious,” (1 Peter 3:4) and in which we do “not fear anything that is frightening,” (1 Peter 3:6)
